How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. Most necklaces are made to order in our studio, so if you are in a rush for your item or need it for a specific date or occasion, please drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help!
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For service so are able to track the progress of your delivery. Please get in touch if you would like to receive your tracking code at firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase! If for some reason you wish to return an item,
contact us within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com We will send you a return
address and issue a refund via your method of payment.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to arrange an exchange for
another product within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Faulty itemsOur products are packaged well. If for some reason your item arrives with a fault, please get in
